Description

Northern Rivers can enter adult teams into the Gold Coast Baseball Association Summer competition and games are played on a home and away format. The competition is competitive, and scores are recorded and finals played.

The competition home games are played at our home ground Arkinstall Park in Tweed Heads South and away games at Gold Coast grounds. Summer Season Games played Sunday mornings starting 8.30am or 11.00am for two hours. Winter Season plays Saturdays.

Age

Adults any age. For boys and girls are 15 (as of 31st August) & over.

Cost

The cost to play Adult League is paid in two instalments. First payment is $200 enrolment fee paid to Northern Rivers Baseball Association, and the second instalment of $204 (approximately – subject to current costs of these bodies) is paid to the State body, Baseball NSw which also includes Federal Registration with Baseball Australia and this includes Insurance of players, and also Gold Cast Baseball Association fees to play in their competition.

Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved in practices and could be eligible as coaches, managers, or umpires. Each team is expected to assist with our Canteen.
